In every partner wedding

Everything in Perdana, for each couple you look after.

Unlimited invites and events: No caps on the invite list or the number of events, from akad nikah to bersanding.
AI WhatsApp assistant: Guests RSVP and ask about times and places, in Malay or English.
Team accounts: The couple, family and your crew each sign in with the right access.
Seating and QR check-in: Table layouts, QR cards and a door check-in for the crew on the day.
Guest photos and slideshow: Guests’ photos and wishes on one link, and a live slideshow at the venue.
Reminders and exports: Automatic follow-ups for late replies and a CSV export for your caterer.

Questions partners ask

Who pays, us or the couple?: You do. Planner Partners pay BND 109 when they upgrade a wedding; Unlimited partners pay one subscription. What you charge your clients is up to you.
Can the couple take the wedding over?: Yes. Hand ownership to them from the wedding’s Team tab. A wedding bought at the trade price stays on Perdana.
What happens when the AI replies run out?: The AI pauses on WhatsApp until next month or a top-up. Guests are told their message has been passed on, the hosts see it in their inbox, and everything else keeps working.
Can we stop Unlimited?: Yes, from Manage billing. It ends with the period you’ve paid for, and your weddings go back to the plan they had before.
Is there a minimum number of weddings?: No. Planner Partners pay only for the weddings they upgrade.
How many of our staff can join?: Up to 50. Owners add and remove people from the partner page.
